『1996年東京で始まった、アンダーグランド・シークレット・クラブである。世界中をROAMして、それぞれの街の夜のフロアのエッセンスを纏い東京に戻った数名のダンサー、ミュージシャン、アーティスト達が、東京西麻布のヤクザの占拠するビルをスクワットして、DJ,オーディエンス達をも巻き込み繰り広げた音楽至上ダンス天国!!! かくして、誰もがアーティストで、誰もがダンサー、また誰もがミュージシャンとして上も下も右も左もなく楽しんだNO SPECTATORなフロアだった。

そして2009年11月、最後のパーティーから10年ほどのブランクを経てVITAMIN-Qが帰ってきた!!!　しかもオーストラリアのByron Bayに!!!

バイロンのレジデンツDJ達、日本からのデコレーター達も加わり創るそのパーティーは、ジャンルを縦横無尽に行き来し、「よい音で踊る」事にフォーカスしたFull of Delghtfulなフロア!!!　

vol.5では、日本のアンダーグランド・パーティー・シーンの雄、『POWWOW』から、攻めのプレイで尚且つストーリーテラー、ダンス・アディクション必至のCMT、幻想的でダンサデリックな世界旅行へと誘う、DNT a.k.a. DONUTSをDJとして迎える。加えて日本の福岡から『ROCK ARROWS』というオウン・ナイトクラブのオーガナイザーをやっている期待のルーキー、ｙｓｋもプレイ!!!
そして、今回の紅一点、シャープなサウンドでガンガン攻めるジャパニーズ・ガール、DJ SUSERIがメルボルンから上がってきます!!!

vol.3でバイロンのパーティーピープルの度肝を抜いたデコレーションチームのR typa Lも再び参戦!!!
彼らは例年と同じく、レインボー・サーペント・フェスティバルと、アース・フリークエンシーのメインステージのデコレーションを経て、バイロンにやってきます。Lightingもまた、vol.3でアメージング・ドリーム・ワールドを創ったTyndall Effectがやって来ます!!! 今回はなんと日本からも、幻想的なウィ－ルズのデコレーションでファンを魅了する女の子、DECO MIWAも参加決定!!!

このスペシャルなメンバーに加え、アボリジニの口述伝説の言う、このVENUE一帯の強力なパワーが一つになって、究極の『魔法の瞬間』が生まれるであろう事は疑いの余地がないのです…全員でグルーヴ・ダンス!!! SOLID SOUND SURVIVOR!!!』



"Vitamin Q was birthed in 1996, in a secret underground nightclub in Japan. It was formed through a collaboration of radical free-spirited dancers, musicians and artists, who after journeying their way through many dance floors around the world, decided it was time to create their own magical wonderland. The effect was beyond their wildest imaginations....as they squatted in a Yakuza building in Nishiazabu, a musical dance heaven was created. DJ’s and artists morphed with the audience to form Vitamin-Q. A celebration of life with the people united as one. One tribe where everyone is an artist, everyone is a musician and everyone is a dancer.....there are no spectators on the Vitamin-Q dance floor. Now after 10 years of hibernation, we are excited to announce Vitamin-Q is back in the exquisitely beauty-full Byron Bay of Australia!!! Our parties were the mixed essences from Byron resident DJ’s and decorators from Japan. The music moves between genres freely and fluently, purely focusing high quality sound…and resulting in delightfully divine dance! Vitamin-Q, Vol.5 is proud to present the ridiculously delicious talents of DJ’s CMT and DNT a.k.a DONUTS from the underground party『POWPOW』in Japan. CMT will be performing an offensively addictive mix, which will create a story and it will take you travelling into the magical CMT world. While DJ DNT will take you into the fantastic world of dancedeilica as you journey your way through the night. To top it all off, ysk, the owner and organiser of the club 「ROCK ARROWS」in Japan will join us with a few surprises of his own. DJ SUSERI, a scrumptious Japanese girl from Melbourne, will rock the floor with her offensive and sharp sound. Decor team, R type L shocked the Byron party people at Vitamin-Q Vol.3, with their mind blowing art installations and they promise to do it again!!! R type L, in collaboration with Tyndall Effect, will come to Byron via Rainbow Serpent and Earthfreq, as they travel their summer tour route in Australia. DECO MIWA will join us for the first time. Her incredible bicycle wheel decor has impacted many party people in Japan."
